Live saxophone features in every evening line-up, with music spanning pop, soul, funk, disco and dancefloor classics. Their signature medleys keep the music moving.
One special song learnt and performed live is included in every package, with an interval playlist during band breaks.

Founded in 2013, Vivid Music has grown into a team of 30 musicians and singers, offering jazz, acoustic, roaming, party and show-band formats.
Their experience includes the RAF Centenary and events at Lake Como. From an intimate reception to a large celebration, Vivid can shape the line-up around your plans.

Vivid’s singers are West End show performers or industry recognised solo artists. Their musicians are graduates of London’s leading music colleges, with extensive live-performance experience.
The Vivid Show Band is a 10–13-piece production developed around a specially written 20-song medley and intricate five-part vocal harmonies. The team worked with a stylist, choreographer and production crew, with synchronised video-wall animations created for the show.
Vivid works closely with clients throughout the booking to deliver a compelling performance. Show-specific production, choreography and video-wall requirements are agreed with your quote.

What to expect from your Vivid booking.
Where can Vivid perform?
Vivid is based in London and available across the UK and overseas. Travel and any accommodation are confirmed for your venue.
How long does the band play?
The standard evening performance is 2 × 60 or 3 × 40-minute sets. Other formats can be discussed.
When does the band arrive?
Standard fees include arrival from 4pm and performance between 7pm and midnight. Allow 90 minutes to two hours for setup and soundcheck. Earlier arrival is quoted separately.
Can the band finish after midnight?
The standard finish is midnight. A later finish is subject to agreement and costs £126.50 per musician, per additional hour.
Are sound and lighting included?
Professional PA and disco lighting are included. Larger venue spaces may require additional fill speakers or a PA upgrade, quoted separately. Stage lighting, venue lighting and wider production are available through Immersive Elements.
How much space is needed?
The four-piece Compact band needs approximately 2 × 3.5 metres. Larger line-ups need more space; we will confirm the requirements for your venue.
Is a first dance included?
One special song learnt and performed live is included in every package. Please share your request in advance so the arrangement can be agreed.
What happens between sets?
A pre-mixed interval playlist is available during band breaks.
Can we book daytime music too?
Solo singer or saxophone, saxophone and guitar duo, vocal trio, roaming quartet and five-piece daytime band options are available. Tell us the format and timings you would like.
Does Vivid have insurance and tested equipment?
Vivid has £10 million public liability insurance and confirms its electrical equipment is PAT tested where required.
